Growing old is not a comfortable thought or reality. Yet we all do, and like all things in life, it becomes an on-going process. Because I am a woman and have gone through the bewildering stage of menopause, I wanted to share with other women some of my experiences. I am hoping that in this society that doesn't really give much credit to women's life milestones, this book will let you know that you are not alone in your journeys. It may seem strange that menopause and spirituality would be spoken of in the same sentence, but that indeed is the case. I wish you, my sisters, an enlightening and enriching journey!
