This book is about a character named, Cooley. Cooley is a young hustler/gangster that is up and coming to take over the streets of Charlottesville aka Sweet Town USA. Like a Pit Bull Cooley stands on the scratch line and takes on every challenge. The one question is will he still be standing when the last shot has been fired.
