Motivation
I teach corporate finance at the introductory undergraduate, intermediate undergraduate, and introductory MBA levels (and the intermediate MBA level in the future). While teaching those courses I notice significant material overlap in traditional textbooks. In some cases I observe paragraphs are verbatim duplicates in traditional textbooks labeled ``Introductory'' and ``Intermediate.'' Corporate Finance 4e combines my lecture notes from all four levels of instruction into a single text, a significant cost savings for students.
