The hard-bitten\u003cbr\u003e\ntales regularly featured gangsters, dancing girls, gats, gun molls-with the occasional scene of\u003cbr\u003e\ntorture and bondage tossed in to keep things interesting.\u003cbr\u003e\nCRIME SMASHERS utilized characters made popular in the pulp magazine SPICY DETECTIVE; Sally\u003cbr\u003e\nthe Sleuth, Dan Turner-Hollywood detective, Girl Friday and Ray Hale. Artists on this series\u003cbr\u003e\nincluded Myron Fass and Adolphe Barreaux, CRIME SMASHERS would ultimately last fifteen\u003cbr\u003e\nissues. This book was created with the best currently available scan.
