the country. Each time only about 3% of the staff will raise their hands. The other 97% of the hands remain lowered.
This is more telling (and more frightening) than the best
surveyorÕs report! We are so much better than 3%. No one
comes to a hospital to try and get worse. They come to get
better. CSPD gets to help and be a part of that.
