Charo is a hyperactive teen with the dream to be a heroine. Bonus if it's a magical heroine too. She does her best to help out anyone who needs it; a struggling neighbor, a friend being bullied, and even the typical good deed of getting a cat out of a tree.
One day, her attention is drawn to a tiny hairpin, sitting harmlessly at a market stall. Charo's dream of becoming a superhero may very well come true. The hard part (or maybe the best part?) is figuring out how to actually be a heroine all by herself!
