Hi, my name is Dana DeGennaro. IÕm a 1996 graduate of Johnson & Wales University, one of the countryÕs top culinary institutes, and author of "DanaÕs 100 Favorite Soups (But I Could Only Come Up with 82)" and now my follow up, "DanaÕs Holiday Favorites (ItÕs not a holiday without a dish by Dana)".
Soups have always been my specialty but what I truly enjoy is creating a meal for the whole family. From appetizers to entrees, side dishes to desserts, I picked my favorites and put them all together for you. IÕve been lucky enough to attend workshops by great chefs like Julia Childs, Emeril Lagassi and Paul Purdhomme, learning and perfecting along the way. I hope you find all of these holiday favorites as enjoyable as my family, friends and patrons have over the years.
