IÕve always loved journaling but itÕs so hard to commit to it daily. Before I created this journal I found myself wanting to write down things that I am thankful for, things that brought me joy, moments that I want to remember, circumstances that I need to pray for, and tough stuff that is hard and confusing. I wanted to have these things prompted for me in a journal so I didnÕt have to write it out myself. All the while keeping the heart focused on Jesus and not myself.
My heart for this guided journal is to allow you a few minutes each day to slow down, be encouraged, be intentional and challenge your spirit. Morning and evening. Dawn and Dusk. I want this book to stir up a thankful heart and challenge you to be present and still.
