This story concerns how two people found each other while facing the rigorous of muscular disease and tragedy within both of their families. One of the stories main characters, David, suffers from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, while the stories other main character, Kelly, helped her father fight his battle with ALS. The story details how both Kelly and David dealt with their predicament in life and how they came together as friends and lovers because of their struggles in life.
