When a well respected, humble old scientist named Dr. Gigglesworth becomes increasingly worried about leaving this world without an heir, he decides to create one which will continue his legacy of being the kindest man alive.
After the creation is complete, the next few years follow the story of an underground group of ÒdisbelieversÓ who think something is going on with their trusty government.
