Delilah Whitney-West: What a Day is the story of nine-year-old Delilah, a smart girl with a big imagination and even bigger feelings. Delilah adores all the beautiful peacocks in her neighborhood, but the grown-ups think they're loud, messy and annoying. She fiercely disagrees with the city's plan to send them away to various places and break up her beloved peacock family.
Driven by her love of family and her passion for doing the right thing (even if it's not the easy thing), Delilah launches a dramatic plan to help the peacocks find a new, safe home. But Delilah and her team face lots of obstacles along the way. Will her plan work? Will they save the peacocks? Or will the peacock family be separated forever?
