Book One of this series is a photo-reproduction of a book first published by Sir Delves L. Brroughton in 1908, which gives historical details of the Delves-Broughton family. Unfortunately it was not able to reproduce the coats of arms in colour. Book Two (this volume) does just that.
The two books should be read alongside each other and Book Two provides some cross references that makes navigation through Book One easier.
Geoffrey Hugh Lindop has added some genealogical information about the family relevant to the early twentieth century.
