Diary of a landlord 2; Landlord versus tenants.
Alright, so it is three months in, and I decided to hire security. At that time, it was
so crazy and dangerous, especially when I left. I decided to hire Columbus police
that do security. So, I contacted the correct number, and the sergeants said he
would put the best cop there, and on the weekends; Fridays, and Saturdays, he
would come and do a 12-hour shift. So, I thought, wow, this is going to make this
drug dealers stay off the property and I should have a lot more peace. This is
costing a lot of money because I lowered the tenants' rent to attract the physically
disabled and the elderly, and to kick all the people on drugs out, as well as the drug
dealers.
