Living with Dissociative Identity Disorder is not easy. As someone with DID, I have tried other journals in the hopes that they would help me function better in my everyday life and healing journey in therapy but they never did. So I decided to create my own journal and fill it with everything that would normally be offered in such a journal but include everything I wish had already existed in a journal for people with this disorder. That is what you receive today. I hope that this helps you as much as it helps me.
