When Moe, a Yiddish speaking, English Bulldog is accused of murder, he retraces his unusual past to clear his name.
Raised by a Borscht-Belt mogul, Moe learns about the importance of being a mensch. But when his beloved master dies, Moe's life spirals downward. He soon finds himself homeless and hungry in New York City.
One fateful evening, Moe violently clashes with a blind grifter named Simon. Ironically, their struggle makes them unlikely heroes. Hollywood comes calling and before long, they launch a successful reality TV career. Moe and Simon begin to enjoy their new lives and surprisingly, they become best friends.
All is well until they fall in love with the same girl.
