When you think about what you eat, it isnÕt always food, but it is also the things in life that we take into our mental, physical, and spiritual spaces. Some of us have the testimony that we have become what we have eaten, but there are ways that we can strive to eat better. Oftentimes, we become the product of our environment. We become what we are mostly in connection with. We become what weÕve been exposed to. Although that might be true, that doesnÕt mean we have to stay there. The choice is ultimately our own.
