DoxaSoma is a physical practice integrating prayer and movement. Using positions designed to stretch and strengthen the body, paired with directed breathing, grounding focus and moments of connection, DoxaSoma increases flexibility and strength, offers stress relief and builds mind, body & spirit integrity.
Practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi or Reiki offer the participant a way to understand the way their body moves while aligning their mind and spirit with those movements. The explosion of interest from all demographics in these practices shows a trend toward a goal of becoming "mindful" people. DoxaSoma is another practice which follows this trend offering a new approach to stress relief, focus and fitness.
