The Dedicated Revolutionary American Communist Organization (DRACO) is geared towards uniting the working classes and oppressed nationalities of the continent. Therefore our objective is to establish the United PeopleÕs Republics of America with the aim of establishing Socialism on the path to a Communist society.
The main problem with capitalism is that it has a reactionary role in history. It used to be revolutionary, then it came to be a force that holds back historical development rather than advancing it. ItÕs impeding growth, technological advancement, and the proliferation of better living standards.
DRACOÕs strategy for defeating capitalism is to operate according to a synthesis between building a mass movement, and internally making our cadres prepared for every stage of the struggle. We seek to both get out of the movement and into the masses; and cultivate a dynamic of a disciplined organization.
DRACO recognizes that Socialism has already won on the world scale with the rise of the PeopleÕs Republic of China with its planned economy, the rise of countries like the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation with state ownership of heavy industries. Therefore, DRACO aspires to complete the Socialist triumph over capitalism, imperialism, and fascism.
In the mission to solidify the Socialist victory over the forces of counter-revolution, we seek to unite and continue the legacy of Thomas Jefferson, Guadeloupe Hidalgo, Simon Bolivar, Toussaint Louverture, and Jose Marti, etc., with the establishment of New Continental Congress where ALL progressive and revolutionary administrations in the Americas are included. Only then can the masses of laborers achieve working class supremacy over the elites.
Overall, for the aforementioned reasons, weÕve laid out a guideline with a proper structure thatÕs capable of producing competent leaders thatÕll lead the revolutionary struggle.
