An aging Obeah Man called White Locks, who protects the tree of the dead or "Duppy Tree" from other men who know and want its power, loses a battle to a younger powerful obeah man named Hado. This young Obeah man is bent on wreaking havoc in his quest for absolute power and domination of the country. With the help of his nephew, White Locks must travel the country, hunting down Hado by following the trail of destruction he leaves behind before he has regained all his strength and fully absorbs the souls he stole from the Duppy Tree.
