This is the story of a rescue dog named Cecil. He was supposedly found on the streets of the Bronx, but has now found the high-life in a home in New York City and San Diego. It is the tale of CecilÕs charmed life as told by the husband of CecilÕs beloved and somewhat indulgent owner.
