This cookbook was a collaborative work between Edda Myalla and her friends. Edda Myalla is a resident of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a cookbook of her recipes published by friends in the United States. Half of the proceeds will go to Edda Myalla and her daughter Rebecca, while the other half will go towards purchasing educational resources and medical supplies for volunteer organizations within Tanzania.
