After completing HLC 2 training through the CHEK Institute for the 2nd time, my mind was made up. I needed to figure out how to diet log consistently so that I could authentically coach and guide my clients through it as they resolved their health challenges.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eSo I began researching habit change.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAmong other things, I learned that habit change experts (like James Clear in \"Atomic Habits\") have shown that diet logging is a \"keystone habit,\" meaning that establishing this one habit in your routine unlocks your ability to easily establish many other health-supportive habits.
