The reader can take each section chunk by chunk as a means by which they can improve their personal understanding and skills set. It may be worth dipping into sections as issues arise. For example, if you are wanting to explore personal space, go to the Ôapplying the skillsÕ section at the back of this book. These sections are usually linked to all the others, as, without a personal understanding of who we are, it is difficult to grow in our interpersonal dimension.
