This emotional intelligence (EI) training program is an inclusive and voluntary program and was designed for at-risk students in high school. This program is meant to be offered in the school setting, either during class time or afterwards, depending upon the needs of the students and the availability of the instructors. Sessions are organized into 30 Ð 45 minute periods and are ideally offered twice per week, so that the entire EI training program requires seven weeks in total. This program is divided into three levels.
