Nobody has the power to control external events sufficiently to always avoid negative events and to get and keep enough positive events and realities to be happy all the time. What you must learn to control, and can ALWAYS control is the true, underlying cause of your negative emotions, which is always within you and totally under your control.
Just as you control your physical experience by controlling physical energies, so too can your control your psycanic experience by controlling the causes and mechanisms of your psycanic energies (thoughts and emotions).
