This cookbook is a continuation of my Italian heritage and my passion for Italian cooking. The story focuses on the tale of three cities. New York City where my Grandfather arrived from Italy. Chicago where my Grandfather lived and married my grandmother. San Francisco where my Grandparents moved to for a short time. All three cities have some history of various cooking recipes. I've enjoyed researching recipes for this book and documenting some more Lardino family recipes.
