1940 diary of travel by public bus from Everest, Kansas to California. Travel through New Mexico, Arizona and California was on the historic Route 66. The three women stopped at many historic hotels and rest stops along the way. They visited family members living on Zuni, Navajo and Ute Reservations and recorded activities and lifestyle of the Native Americans.
