This is a follow-on book from the author's original 2014 version entitled 'This Isn't a Textbook'. It deals with the latest journeys, presentations, submissions and general experiences of the author in his career in sports performance. It is hoped that some of the messages contained in this volume may be of help to those embarking on their own journey.
