This is a compelling first person account of health and healing from a holistic practitionerÕs perspective. As you will read, she studied allopathic methods and chose the holistic/hygienic path. The second book is Arnold EhretÕs Rational Fasting. This is a more seminal work yet it is complimentary to Dr. MoserÕs work. There are editorial comments for each section.
