This studio course explores advanced problems in interior design with emphasis on design of Food & Beverage spaces in cruise ship hospitality environments with focus on cruise ship facilities. The studio will allow students and instructors to work together to improve students' ability for design architectural Interiors.
This course will use the cruise ship settings to explore issues related to environment and behavior in determining and meeting programmatic goals and designing to create specific experiences of architectural Inferior spaces. The course has a studio structure supplemented by instructional activities such as seminars, lectures, skill building exercises, field trips, and group discussions.
