I had my daughter in mind when I compiled this collection of my favorite recipes. I try to tell her how to make things over the phone but it was easier writing them down. Now I am sharing them with the world.
Just so you know, I do not cook anything really complicated so not to worry, you should be able to handle everything in here. You will notice some of the recipes are super simple. They are perfect for your lazy days. I have included Casseroles and Impossible Pies. I like to use them on leftover days or days when I am super rushed. The appetizer section has recipes that are perfect for bringing to an office party or home entertaining. The beverage section contains alcoholic and virgin drinks. I included some super easy desserts. The salad section is so we can keep the balance with healthy. I also included restaurant copycat recipes because I can not always afford to eat out.
