Charles N. Brown is a retired school teacher that has spent forty years fly fishing for the native brook trout in streams of his Native State of West Virginia. He has fly fished throughout the United States and Canada including Virginia, Pennsylvania, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah and Alaska. Charles, a hunter and naturalist, has been active in wildlife management programs dealing with the future of wildlife in the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia.
