Having been diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, I know the struggles when it comes to prioritisation. I have taken the tools I have learnt from my many years at college, and from the research I've done myself that helped me to make this planner to help you too! I wanted this planner to be inclusive for anyone that needs it therefore, with the help of my brilliant nephew I have chosen upon the name the FocusFriendly planner.
