This book is a collection of the best available articles on Focusing especially Focusing in education. It is the product of an intensive team effort to train the faculty of an inner city high school in advanced listening and stress reduction methods distilled from the Focusing process. Focusing was developed through research at the University of Chicago, by Dr. Eugene Gendlin as a powerful tool for change.
