Fog Machine Salvation is a collection of collage and cut-up poems based on the Batcave, an early Ô80s club-night that is considered to have birthed LondonÕs goth movement.
The idea to play with old interviews and articles about the Batcave, and about the people who were part of it, was intended as a poetic constraint. Since these pieces appropriate the language of those who were there, they may evoke or revive a sense of ambience or atmosphere of the time.
