Perhaps you've noticed that you occasionally reach for food, and you're not really hungry. Most people, when they pay attention, notice that they eat for many reasons. Sometimes it's emotionally driven, and sometimes it's sensational hunger. Ultimately, we want to learn to eat when we are truly hungry and use tools, not food, to cope with our feelings.
