About the Author I have always been amazed at how salt can change the taste of anything, especially in different kinds of food. I grew up on a farm in Lubbock, Texas. Learning to cook by watching and asking questions, trying to understand how the taste would be developed in different kind of foods, by mixing different amounts of ingredients and never measuring any. Experiencing and witnessing what cooking from scratch taste and looks like in a finished product. I live in El Paso, Texas with my husband and thankful to be a part of a generational blessing.
