A book of my paintings and thoughts in 2017. Most of the paintings are more the size of a medieval manuscript to hold in the hand (and many of them have texts to read while absorbing the imagery) and so to fill the viewer's awareness up close rather than gallery or museum style by trying to attract attention by being the brightest in a crowd. For that brightest, been there done that fifty years ago; now it is these are the real now.
