Writing my ÒmemoirÓ began at the urging and encouragement of my two granddaughters, Lisa and Ashley Woodworth. It must have been initiated at least five years ago . . . maybe ten. I know it was at a family gathering. It pleased me to learn of their genuine interest in the familyÕs history, and I was flattered that they felt I was capable of writing it.
