Though designed for teaching agriculture in Alaska, many of the project-based lessons in this curriculum can be adapted for school garden programs throughout the United States. Topics include Agri-Science Today; Natural Resources; Animal, Plant, and Food Science; and Cell Structure and Function. This curriculum for grades 7-12 is complete with activities, worksheets, and extensions.
