Forced by circumstance to leave her early 19th century home by the sea to go and work in a landownerÕs house, wee Martha carries her light-filled spirit into a place of many shadows. As time passes, she begins to slowly uncover the causes of the darkness and, unconsciously, begins to transform the people and places affected by it.
