No one really knows who she is or where she came from, only that her strength, her skill with the knife and the plane, and her cunning and bravery are unequaled. She battles to protect American interests in far-flung corners of the world, and through three issues of Great Comics (1941-42) her comic star shined brightly. For the first time her stories are brought together in a solo collection, and of course only from Gwandanaland Comics
It began as a cruise to get the atmosphere for a new novel, but by time the ship docked, the world of Lucille Martin had changed Ð and the world itself might never be the same. THE BLUE LADY had a short run in AMAZING MAN COMICS, but these are incredible stories, and they have never been collected before --- that is, before now!!
Her original name is unknown, a young girl who passed away while trying to delivery an American flag to her Uncle Sam (!) in 1777 during the Revolutionary War. Her ghost remained at the cemetery until 1941, when she was reborn as the human embodiment of the country. Her mission on Earth was to battle against the enemies of freedom, which she did for 7 exciting issues of Feature Comics. These are her complete stories, illustrated by Maurice Gutwirth, and collected for the first time in 80 years!

ÒInto the scene of an audacious bank-robbery plunges a strange and mysterious figure of vengeance --- THE SPIDER QUEEN!Ó
Shannon Kane discovered the secret ÒSpider web fluidÓ created by her late husband (after he was killed by criminals), which she used to become THE SPIDER QUEEN! She created bracelets which would shoot out the sticky web-like fluid (sound familiar???), and went around catching thieves Òjust like fliesÓ!
Hmmmm......What about that, Peter Parker? We have all her stories from The Eagle #2-4 for you right here!
