This grief journal is filled with prompts as well as open pages to assist anyone in finding a way forward while processing their grief. There is no right or wrong way to fill the pages, as anyone experiencing profound loss is on their own personal journey. My hope is that by sharing a few of my own thoughts on my journey and providing some topics to think about along the way, it may help someone else who is going through this process. Today, I am seven years into my journey and I've come a long way. I still have moments where it feels like yesterday, but for the most part, I have found my way forward, one step at a time. That is my wish for you.
