The Columbia University Urban Design Program and Urban Design Lab are pleased to have been instrumental in developing this publication for the further design development of the Gulin New Town under construction in Luzhou City of the Sichuan Province.
The immediate genesis of this project lies in a collaborative agreement between the Columbia University Urban Design Program at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, the Urban Design Lab at Columbia UniversityÕs Earth Institute, and the Gulin County Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Planning and Construction.
