Many of the recipes youÕll find in the following pages are not original creations--theyÕre simply what worked. Some were passed down from my parents; some are recipes from friends that impressed me time after time. Others are recipes found in magazines and clipped from newspapers that I tested and immediately loved...or doctored up to create winners.
