This book covers the logistical setup before, during and after a user
testing, research and usability study, written by someone who has
to setup user testing labs as both a Lab Technician in my early days
and NOW as a Lead User Experience Consultant.
User testing and research has for a long time been my bread and
butter in my career, and designing any interface be it for desktop,
tablet or mobile.
