What is going on with Disney these days?
There was a time when Disney meant everything to me, but recently, as they have spread themselves so thin, they have had to get on every band wagon there is and pump out remakes, sequels and spin-offs to keep the wheel spinning. But sometimes they get pricked, and the majority of the live action remakes have certainly proven this.
Many love the remakes, and they are huge money-makers, but in my opinion, itÕs never about the money, itÕs about the pure principle of great art and creativity. Such as in their older days! So join me as I share my egocentric opinions on the recent production hurricane Disney is trying to fight its way through.
And perhaps someday, if we all make it through this hurricane, we will see the stars again, wish upon one, and our dreams will come true.
