This is a project about Rhode Island, my home away from home. The book is structured by the four seasons, each section focusing on the ingredients of its season. At the end of these sections you will find features on local producers and artisans: Scratch Farm (Cranston), Florence & Manton Farm (Olneyville), The Local Catch (Narragansett), and Narragansett Creamery (Providence).
