The year is 1849. We find ourselves on Santa Teresa, a small Caribbean island under British colonial rule. A corrupt Judge and his side-kick the Chief Prosecutor preside over this court of law, administering justice as they see it. Chiefly this revolves around the brewing of illegal rum.
