This printed / downloadable manual is available to all. The accompanying DVDs and CD, however, are only available to bona fide practitioners (contact Dr Nigel Mellor on mellor.nigel@googlemail.com for ordering details and feedback). The DVDs are of real-life interviews with parents. The CD is a copy of the sound track of one interview so that practitioners can "Drive and Learn" between appointments.
